摘　　要：通过对《书目记录的功能需求》FRBR概念模型及《资源描述与检索》RDA编目规则核心思想及体系结构的深入分析,探寻FRBR、RDA与关联数据之间理论的契合性,以此为基础构建了馆藏资源元数据的语义描述与关联网络构建的框架模型,该模型为后续馆藏资源元数据的语义描述及关联网络构建实践研究提供了必要的理论前提。Through an in-depth analysis of the concept model of FRBR （ ＂ Functional Requirements of Bibliographic Records＂ ） and core idea and system structure of cataloging rules in RDA （Resource Description and Access） , this paper explores the correspondence of theories of FRBR, RDA and linked data. On the basis of this, the paper constructs the framework model of semantic description of collection metadata and linked network construction. The model provides necessary theoretical premise for the practice study of subsequent semantic description of collection metadata and linked network construction.
