摘　　要：缩酮(醛)是指同一个碳原子上连有两个烷氧基的化学键,由于其在酸性条件下容易发生水解,近年来被广泛应用于pH敏感聚合物纳米粒子的制备。本文介绍了近年来含有缩酮(醛)结构的pH敏感聚合物纳米粒子的种类和特点,并归纳、总结了其作为新型的药物载体递送抗肿瘤药物、抗炎药物、蛋白类药物以及基因药物的应用。Ketal （acetal） , a kind of organic compounds in which the same carbon atom attaches two alkoxy groups, has been widely used in the preparation of pH-sensitive polymers because of its acid-labile property. In this review, the types and characteristics of the pH-sensitive polymeric nanoparticels with ketal （acetal） bonds were introduced, and the applications as a new delivery vehicle for anti-tumor drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, pro- tein drugs, and gene drugs were gathered,analyzed, and summarized.
