摘　　要：丹酚酸B是中药丹参的重要活性成分之一。本文对近10年来国内外丹酚酸B的药动学研究及影响其药动学的一些因素进行归纳分析,为丹酚酸B制剂进一步研究开发和临床合理用药提供参考。Salvianolic acid B is one of the important active components of Danshen （salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. ）. This article summarized the progress in the pharmacokinetie studies of salvianolie acid B and its influencing factors in the recent ten years. This will provide references for further development of salvianolic acid B prepara- tions and its rational use.
