摘  要:通过检索近年来国内外有关温敏凝胶基质的应用、成胶机制及优缺点等方面的文献报道进行归纳和总结。目前已有多种天然及合成水性聚合物用于温敏凝胶基质,主要包括天然及改性聚合物、聚N-异丙基烯酞胺类聚合物、聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯共聚物、交联PLGA嵌段共聚物4大类。温敏凝胶载体基质发展迅速,新型基质具有配方简单、生物相容性好及生物可降解等优点,在生物医学及制药方面得到广泛应用。Objective: To introduce the progress in research of temperature-sensitive gel matrix used as a drug carrier and the development level in its present application. Methods: The reports in the literature at home and abroad were searched and summarized, which described the application of temperature-sensitive gel matrix, ge- lation mechanism, and its advantages and disadvantages. Results: Many natural and synthetic water-soluble poly- mers have been used for temperature-sensitive gel matrix. These polymers include four categories: natural and mod- ified polymers, poly N-isopropyl erie amide polymers, polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene copolymers, and crosslinked PLGA copolymers. Conclusion: The temperature-sensitive gel carrier matrix is developing rapidly. New matrixes have advantages such as simple formula, good biocompatibility and biodegradable, which are widely used in biomedical and pharmaceutical areas.
