摘 要:目的:比较不同类型大孔树脂对于麻黄细辛附子汤中麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱、苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱的洗脱性能。方法:采用HPLC-DAD对D101,HPD-100,HPD-722,HPD-400这4种树脂不同洗脱部位中5种生物碱的含量进行测定,并计算其洗脱率。结果:HPD-722型大孔树脂对复方中5种生物碱的富集作用最好,2种麻黄碱和3种单酯型乌头碱分别在30%和50%Et OH洗脱部位具有较高的洗脱率。结论:HPD-722型大孔树脂可用于麻黄附子细辛汤中生物碱类成分的富集纯化。Objective:To compare the elution property of different types of macroporous resins for ephed- rine, pseudoephedrine, benzoylaconine, henzoylmesaconitine and benzoylhypaconine from Mahuang-fuzi-xixin decoc- tion. Methods :The contents of the five alkaloids in different elution parts of maeroporous resin of D101, HPD-100, HPD-722 and HPD-400 were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector, and the elution rate was calculated. Results:The resin of HPD-722 showed the best enrichment performance for the five alkaloids,among which ephedrine and pseudoephedrine had the highest contents in the 30% ethanol elution part and benzoylaconine,benzoylmesaconitine and benzoylhypaeonine in the 50% ethanol elution part. Conclusion:The macroporous resin of HPD-722 can be used for the purification and enrichment of alkaloids in Mahuang-fuzi-xixin decoction.
