摘  要:针对舰员进行舰艇现场修理的需求,开展了舰用压力测量系统的故障诊断研究;分析了其基本组成和实装布置,归纳总结了常发生的典型故障,结合舰员级修理的特点,进行了详细的故障诊断需求分析;针对信号处理电路模块故障、压力传感器故障、压力测量通道接线故障3种典型故障类型,分别制定了具体的故障诊断方案;在故障诊断方案的基础上,基于虚拟仪器思想开展了故障诊断系统的硬件、软件设计;在通用硬件平台的基础上,为实现不同诊断对象的诊断,分别设计了相应的接口电路和信号调理电路;利用LabVIEW作为开发软件,编写了各故障类型的故障诊断子程序;软硬件联合调试结果表明,该故障诊断装置界面直观、操作简单、功能完善。In order to meet the requirement of shipment--level maintenance, fault diagnosis method of ship' s pressure measuring system was studied. The component devices and their layouts in ship were analyzed, and the typical faults of them were concluded. Combined with the characters of shipment--level maintenance, the detailed fault diagnosis requirements were studied. Then the detailed schemes for fault diagnosis of three typical faults were designed. The typical faults include the fault of signal processing circuit module, the fault of pressure sensor and the fault of connection wires between them. The hardware platform and software platform were designed based on the thought of virtual instrument. Except the common--use hardware, corresponding interface circuits and signal eonditioning circuits were designed to achieve the fault diagnosis of different devices. The fault diagnosis program for each typical fault was programmed by using Lab- VIEW. The hardware devices and software programs were debugged jointly. The results show that this fault diagnosis instrument has some advantages, such as intuitive interface, convenient operation and perfect function.
