天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法：将回民医院2013年8月~2014年5月门诊明确诊断为肝阳上亢型的原发性高血压病60例随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组给予尼福达口服治疗,观察组给予天麻钩藤饮结合尼福达口服治疗,3个月为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后收缩压和舒张压变化和头晕头痛症状的变化。结果：观察组总有效率为（96.7%）明显高于对照组（76.7%）,两组比较有明显性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：表明天麻钩藤饮治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压是一种比较理想的治疗方法,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction in treatment of liver yang hyperactivity type hypertension. Method：the Hui people Hospital from 2013 August to 2014 May outpatient for definite diagnosis ofliver yang hyperactivity type of 60 cases of primary hypertension were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases each group.The control group was given,in the oral treatment,observation group were treated with Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined with Ni Fuda oral treatment,3 month is 1 treatment course.Observation on the changes of systolic and diastolic bloodpressure change and dizziness headache symptoms before and after treatment in two groups.Results：the total effective rate of observation group （96.7 %） wassignificantly higher than that of control group （76.7 % ）,two group had significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：tian ma,Ma Gouteng Decoction in treatmeng of liver yang hyperactivity hypertension is an ideal method of treatment,worthy of promotion.
