摘　　要：本文提出了飞行人员疗养护理工作应把握的几项内容:创造优雅舒适的疗养环境;提供热情真诚周到的服务;开展丰富多彩的文化娱乐活动;严密观察飞行人员病情变化;规范督导航空生理心理训练;实施切实有效的健康教育。通过临床实施,收到了满意的效果。This paper presents a flight crew convalescent nursing work should pay attention to several aspects： to create elegant and comfortable nursing environment; provide warm and sincere and thoughtful service; carry out a variety of cultural and recreational activities; close observation of the flight personnel changes in condition; specification Steering aviation physiological and psychological training; implement effective health education.
