摘 要:探讨了普梳色纺纱生产工艺的优化。针对色纺纱生产特点,从原料及生产全流程采取一系列工艺技术和管理措施,并运用正交试验优化了细纱工艺,最终较好地改善了14.6tex普梳色纺纱质量。认为:合理选用染色原棉,正确选择原料混和及混色方式,优选各工序工艺配置,严格控制色差,能够收到改善色纺成纱质量的良好效果,纺制出质量符合国家标准、满足用户要求的普梳色纺纱。Processing parameter optimization of carded color spun yarn was discussed. A series of technology and management measures were adopted from raw material to whole production process according to production properties of color spun yarn. Spinning process was optimized by orthogonal test. Spinning quality of 14.6 tex carded color spun yarn was eventually well improved. It is considered that better effect of improving color spun yarn quality can be achieved by reasonably selecting dyeing raw cotton, correctly choosing raw material blending and color mixing method, optimizing configuration in each process and strictly controlling color difference. Finally quality of carded color spun yarn manufactured can be satisfied demand of national standard and customs.
