摘 要:探讨纺织标准中纤维含量及其与控制措施。介绍了影响纺织品纤维含量偏差的因素、纺织管理和设备进步对纤维含量偏差控制的有利条件;对现行各纺织品纤维含量偏差控制标准进行了对比,发现GB/T29862—2013"纺织品纤维含量的标识"对纤维含量的规定较松,同时由于各标准对纤维含量偏差规定不一致,实施中可能产生评定结果相互矛盾。认为:就棉纺织品的纤维含量偏差控制而言,宜采用GB/T 5326—2009"精梳棉涤混纺印染布"的±3.0%的标准规定;GB/T 29862—2013"纺织品纤维含量的标识"将纤维含量偏差规定为±5%不利于维护消费者的利益。Fiber Content and its controlling measures in textile standard were discussed. Aspects of effecting fiber content deviation in textiles together with advantages of textile management and equipment improvement to controlling of fiber content deviation were introduced. Fiber content deviation controlling standards in current standards were compared. It was found out that the regulation of fiber content in GB/T29862-2013 Textile Fiber Content Identification was loose. Meanwhile, since the regulation of fiber content in standards were different, assessment might be mutual contradiction during implementation. It is considered that the regulation of ±3.0% in GB/T5326-2009 Combed Cotton Polyester Blended Dyeing Cloth is preferred for fiber content deviation controlling of cotton textiles. The regulation of± 5 % for fiber content deviation in GB/T29862-2013 Textile Identification of Fiber Content goes against the defensing of custom benefit.
