摘　　要：探讨双层阻燃织物的开发要点。选用165dtex阻燃涤纶网络丝和14.1tex×2芳纶混纺纱线进行双层织物织造;为达到产品性能要求进行小样试织,选择合适的产品原料,合理设计产品规格和组织,重点介绍了试织该织物的主要工艺技术难点、工艺参数选择及染整工艺要点,最终顺利生产出的双层阻燃织物不仅具有良好的阻燃、防静电、撕裂性能,而且具有较好的荧光性能,达到了设计要求。认为:反复试验并优选生产工艺可以保证产品开发的质量达到要求。Development key points of double layers flame resistant fabric were discussed. 165 dtex flame resistant polyester interlaced yarn and 14.1 tex × 2 aramid blended yarn were adopted to produce double layers fabric. Sample weaving was proceeded to reach product quality demand. Suitable product raw material was selected. Product specification and texture were reasonably designed. Main technology difficulties,technology parameter selection and key points in dyeing and finishing process were introduced. Double layers flame resistant fabric was successfully produced. Its flame resistance,anti-static resistance and tear resistance fluorescence property are better. Designed demand was achieved. It is considered that product development quality can be ensured to satisfy demand by tests and optimization.
