摘　　要：探讨长绒棉桑皮纤维混纺大提花织物的设计和生产要点。介绍了织物的经纬纱质量指标及织物花形组织;整经工序保证片纱张力均匀;浆纱遵循贴伏毛羽为主;纬纱在GA012SF型松式络筒机(槽筒式)络筒;由前处理改善纬纱吸湿性;纬纱染色时防止层差和色花产生;后处理充分洗除染色后筒子纱线中的残留浮色;在配备GROSS型电子提花机的SOMET-340型剑杆织机织造;对织物进行后整理,正反两面烧毛;测试结果表明:开发的织物抗菌抑菌性良好。认为:开发的织物可应用于高档家纺面料。Design and production key points of long stapled cotton mulberry fiber blended jacquard fabric were discussed. Warp and weft quality indexes and fabric pattern texture were introduced. Uniform yarn tension was ensured in warping process. Principle of sticking hairiness was taken in sizing process. Weft was winded on GA012SF Loosing Style Grooved Drum Winder. Moisture adsorption property of weft yarn was improved in pretreatment. Layer differences and dyeing defects were prevented in weft dyeing. Residual loose color in cheese after dyeing process was completely washed out after treatment. Weaving was proceeded on SOMET-340 rapier loom installed with GROSS electronic jacquard device. Fabrics were finished and hairiness was burned on both sides. The test results show that antibacterial property of fabric developed are better. It is considered that the fabric can be used as top grade home textiles.
