摘 要:在ArcGIS软件的技术支持下,以重庆市涪陵区青羊镇为研究区域,研究镇域耕地整治潜力的测算和分级,即在测算耕地整治数量潜力的基础上,通过将反映耕地整治质量潜力的产能潜力换算成为新增耕地面积潜力,得到综合了耕地整治质量潜力与数量潜力的新增耕地面积与新增耕地系数,实现了耕地整治潜力在数量和质量的统一,并利用新增耕地面积、新增耕地系数双指标法对青羊镇进行了耕地整治潜力分级评价.the layout and scheduling of cultivated land consolidation projects are the important basis of cul-tivated land potential evaluation ,and scientific method of potential evaluation could make cultivated land consolidation projects be carried out efficiently . This paper takes Qingyang Town , Fuling District of Chongqing as a research area to make a calculation of cultivated land consolidation potentiality at tow n lev-el ,or ,in another words ,to make an conversion of potential capacity that could reflect the potential quality of cultivated land consolidation to the potentiality of added-cultivated land areas based on the potential cal-culation of cultivated land consolidation areas ,and to get the areas and coefficient of added-cultivated land w hich combines potential capacity and potential areas together ,and then to realize quality and quantity uni-fication of cultivated land consolidation potentiality .Double-index method ,w hich includes the indexes of added-cultivated land area and added-cultivated land coefficient ,has been employed to make a classification assessment of cultivated land consolidation potentiality in Qingyang Town .It can provide guidance for sci-entific arrangement of cultivated land consolidation projects at tow n level ,and it also can make reference for potential evaluation of cultivated land consolidation in similar regions .
