摘 要:不同培养基、激素种类及浓度和外植体对杂交榛子体细胞胚直接和间接诱导的影响的结果表明,MS培养基为杂交榛子体细胞胚发生最佳培养基;激素对杂交榛子体细胞胚直接诱导无显著影响,均可诱导成熟植株;筛选出杂交榛子愈伤组织培养最佳培养为:MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA1.5 mg/L;再生植株分化最佳培养基为:MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+N AA1.5 mg/L转入MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+N AA 0.01+GA3 0.5 mg/L;杂交榛子体细胞胚发生以子叶诱导率最高,以龙榛胚性愈伤组织诱导率最高。Different culture medium,hormone type and concentration,and varieties of explant on hybrid hazelnut inductoon effects of direct and indirect somatic embryogenesis weve studied.The results indicated that the medium of MS was optimal medium for embryonic culture. The hormone hadn’t significant different for direct induction on the hybrid hazelnut somatic embryos, can induce mature plants; Screened callus culture of hybrid hazelnut best culture for was MS + 6-BA2.0mg / L + NAA1.5mg / L; Optimal medium of embryonic callus was MS + 6-BA2.0mg / L + NAA1.5mg / L transferred to MS + 6-BA 5.0mg / L + NAA0.01 + GA3 0.5mg / L; Cotyledons as for explants induced the highest rate. The Long hazelnut was the highest species for embryonic callus induction.
