摘 要:针对基层维修人员复杂的故障难以诊断的问题,以PXI总线仪器为基础,提出了一种便携式维修辅助设备的设计方案。综合集成虚拟仪器、计算机、交互式电子技术手册、数据库、网络等技术,设计了便携式维修辅助设备的硬件结构,构建由装备基础信息数据库、BIT数据交互与分析软件、测试程序开发和执行软件、故障诊断与定位软件等组成的软件系统。介绍了设备的工作模型,利用便携式维修辅助设备,现场人员可迅速、准确地检测武器装备存在的故障隐患,隔离到现场可更换单元,满足现代战争对复杂武器系统原位检测和故障诊断的需要。In order to better solve the difficulty of diagnosis of complex weapon systems at Organizational Level (O-Level),the technical scheme of portable maintenance equipment for weapon systems is put forward basing on PXI instrument.The hardware structure of portable maintenance equipment is designed by integrating virtual instrument,computer,Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM),database,network communication technology.The software system which composed of basic equipment information database,BIT data exchange and analysis software,test program development and execution software,fault diagnosis and isolation of software and other components are constructed.By using the portable maintenance equipment,the O-Level maintainer can carry out fault diagnosis quickly and accurately.The line replaceable units (LRU) can be isolated.The portable maintenance equipment can meet the need of the test on-platform and fault diagnosis of complex weapon systems at Forward Operating Locations (FOLs).
