摘 要:针对圆弧形面机构啮合面在设备检修过程中型面参数测量及型面失效状态诊断问题,设计了基于高精度位移传感器与显微观测系统的圆弧工件表面局部细节几何参数测量系统,讨论了高精度位移传感器测量范围与显微系统景深结合实现圆弧形面面型参数观测的技术方案,开发了基于ARM单片机的数据采集系统。测量结果表明,仪器在0.7mm的测量范围内,单点位置测量精度可达到0.01mm。通过对仪器支撑轿机构进行针对性设计,仪器对于圆弧形面具有较为广泛的适用性。Aiming at the measurement & failure diagnosis problem of Arc-surface for mating surfaces of mechanical artifacts in equipment maintenance process,a measurement system with high-precision displacement sensor and microscopy is designed to measure local detail geometry parameters of the object.The technology solution of high-precision displacement sensor measurement range matched with microscope depth of field is analyzed.A data acquisition system based on ARM is also developed.The experiment result shows that the measurement accuracy of measurement system reaches to 0.01 mm in the measurement range of 0.7 mm for single point measurement.If a special support device is designed for a measurement object,the measurement system has wider applicability for Are-surface mechanical artifacts.
