摘 要:目的:研究产地土壤因素和种源因素对黄芩黄酮类成分含量的影响,以期为黄芩的规范化栽培提供理论依据。方法:以裂区区组设计,将3份黄芩种源移栽在同一环境五个不同产地土壤中进行盆栽对比试验,通过HPLC方法同时测定黄芩中黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素、千层纸素A的含量。结果:不同种源间黄芩黄酮类成分含量差异不显著,但河北承德种源黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷含量均值均高于其他种源,分别为13.39%和3.65%;同样不同产地土壤间黄酮类成分含量差异也不显著,但河北承德黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷含量均值高于其他产地土壤,分别为13.03%和3.62%。结论:产地土壤和种源因素对黄芩黄酮类成分含量影响程度有限,两者都不是关键影响因素,气候可能为主要影响因素。Objective :To study effects of geographic soil and provenance on contents of flavonoids from Scutel- laria baicalensis Georgi, which can provide the theoretical basis for artificial cultivation of S. baicalensis. Methods : Cleft district design was used to design plot experiment. Three copies of Scutellaria baicalensis prove- nance were planted in five copies of the soil which came from five places in the same environment, and the contents of five flavones, including baicalin, wogonoside, baicalein, wogonin and oroxylin A, were deter- mined by HPLC. Results:It showed that contents of flavonoids in root of S. baicalensis had no significant difference among different provenances, but the average contents of baicalin and wogonoside of S. baicalensis provenance at Chengde, Hebei province were higher than others, which were 13.39% and 3.65% respectively. Similarly, contents of flavonoids in root of S. baicalensis had no significant difference among different geo- graphic soils, but the average contents of baicalin and wogonoside of geographic soil at Chengde, Hebei prov- ince were higher than others, which were 13.03% and 3.62% respectively. Conclusion:The factors of geo- graphic soils and provenances have a limited effect on contents of flavonoids of S. baicalensis, but they are notthe key factors. Climate could be the mainly influencing factors.
