补肾活血方对抗心磷脂抗体阳性复发性流产的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:确定中药复方补肾活血方对抗心磷脂抗体阳性复发性流产(ACA(+)RSA)患者的作用。方法:ACA(+)RSA患者45例:对照组(15例)予地屈孕酮片,治疗组(30例)予补肾活血方,对比给药干预前后激素水平及抗体转阴情况。结果:综合疗效对照组73.67%,治疗组90%(P<0.01);抗体转阴率:对照组40.00%,治疗组83.33%(P<0.01);干预后激素水平改善情况,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);活产率:对照组53.33%,治疗组76.67%(P<0.05)。结论:中药复方补肾活血方能够显著提高血清激素水平,并使ACA转阴。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with positive anticardiolipin antibody.Methods： 45 ACA（＋） RSA patients were randomly divided into two groups： a control group（15 cases） with oral dydrogesterone,and a treatment group（30 cases） with Bushen Huoxue decoction.Compare hormone levels and antibody negative situation before and after the intervention.Results： The total effective rate of the control group was 73.67%,and in the treatment group it was 90%（P〈0.01）; ACA negative rate： the control group was 40.00% and the treatment group was 83.33%（P〈0.01）; the situation of hormone after treatment： the treatment group was more effective than the control group（P〈0.05）; pregnancy outcome： the control group was 53.33%,and the treatment group was 76.67%（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue decoction can significantly increase serum hormone level and make ACA negative.
