金黄膏对AD患者皮损表面金葡菌定植及其部分血清肠毒素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:考察金黄膏对特应性皮炎患者皮损处金葡菌定植和血清金葡菌肠毒素(SE)A,B,C,D水平的影响。方法:对符合纳入标准的90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,并在分别应用金黄膏和凡士林进行分期治疗前后进行金葡菌定植率和血清肠毒素水平检测。结果:金黄膏在抑制金葡菌定植和降低部分血清肠毒素方面优于对照组。结论:金黄膏可以减少特应性皮炎皮损处金葡菌的定植;降低患者部分血清肠毒素的水平。Objective ： To observe the impact of Jinhuanggao - Ointment on the colonization of S. aureus of the patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods ： We study the changes of the rate of S. aureus colonization, the chan- ges of serum levels of some of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin and its related antibody before and after treat- ment. Results： The results demonstrated that Jinhuanggao -Ointment was better than Vaseline for inhibiting the colonization of S. aureus. Conclusion ： Jinghuang - Ointment can restrain S. aureus colonization on the le- sions of the patients with atopic dermatitis and reduce the serum levels of staphylococcal enterotoxin.
