益气补肾活血方对佐剂关节炎大鼠CD^(4+)CD^(25+)Tr和Foxp3的影响

摘　　要：目的:采用佐剂关节炎大鼠模型,探讨益气补肾活血方治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机制。方法:采用佐剂关节炎大鼠模型,以雷公藤多苷作为对照,观察益气补肾活血方对AA大鼠CD4+CD25+Tr及其标记物Foxp3表达水平的影响。结果:与模型对照组比较,益气补肾活血方能明显提高AA大鼠CD4+CD25+Tr及Foxp3的表达水平。结论:CD4+CD25+Tr及其标记物Foxp3在类风湿关节炎发病机制中具有重要作用,益气补肾活血方可明显提高其表达水平,可能是该方治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机制之一。Objective： To adopt adjuvant arthritis rat models to investigate the action mechanism of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue（YQBSHX） decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods： With the tripterygium glycosides as the control drug,observe the effects of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction on adjuvant arthritis rats＇ levels of CD4＋CD25 ＋Tr and Foxp3.Results： Compared with the model group,Yiqi Bushen Huoxue（YQBSHX） decoction could significantly improve the expressive levels of CD4＋CD25 ＋Tr and Foxp3 in rats with adjuvant arthritis.Conclusion： Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction could significantly improve the levels of CD4＋CD25 ＋Tr and Foxp3,which plays important role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.Maybe this is one mechanism of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue（YQBSHX） decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
