穴位注射金丝桃素单体结合捏脊疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位注射金丝桃素单体结合捏脊疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床疗效。方法:将60名患者依照分配隐藏原则,应用随机数列表分为3组,每组20例。对照组口服黛立新进行治疗;治疗Ⅰ组穴位注射金丝桃素单体;治疗Ⅱ组穴位注射金丝桃素结合捏脊疗法。采用24项Hamilton抑郁量表对抑郁症患者进行测试,分别于治疗前一天,治疗第15天及治疗结束后一天进行评定,共3次。并于临床观察结束后1个月、3个月及6个月对患者进行随访。结果:治疗结束后,治疗Ⅰ组和治疗Ⅱ组24项Hamilton抑郁量表(HAMD)评分<20(P<0.05);随访结果表明对照组患者于3个月后有患者出现HAMD评分>20(P<0.05),但治疗组于随访期间未出现HAMD>20(P>0.05)。结论:穴位注射金丝桃素单体以及穴位注射金丝桃素单体结合捏脊疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁有明显效果且长期治疗效果显著。Objective： To discuss the clinically curative effect on depression after stroke by point injection hypericin with knead ridge.Methods： 60 patients were allocation concealment and randomly divided into three groups： the control group treated by taking Flupentixoland Melitracen Tablets orally; treatment group Ⅰ was treated by point injection hypericin,choosing GV16; treatment groupⅡ was treated by point injection hypericin with knead ridge method,choosing GV16.Test the patients by HAMD at the day before treatment,with treatment of 15 day and the day after treatment,with total of three times.Follow up the patients for 1 month,3months and 6 months after the clinical observation.Results： After the treatment,HAMD was below 20 in the treatment groupⅠ and treatment groupⅡ（P0.05）.Follow-up results showed that the HAMD was over 20 in 3 months after the clinical observation（P0.05） but without the treatment group HAMD over 20 during the follow-up（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The results show that the treatment for depression after stroke by point injection hypericin with knead ridge method and long-term treatment effects are remarkable.
