多组分中药整体性质的表征研究概述

摘　　要：越来越多的研究显示,中医药防治疾病的物质基础是多成分协同作用的综合结果,多个组分构成中药(复方)的物质基础,从而体现整体作用。组分中药的研发必然需基于多组分的整体性质,因此,多组分整体性质的表征已成为研究热点。论文结合文献报道,分别从组分代表性成分性质相似度分析及多组分整体性质拟合两方面进行综述,以期为解决多组分中药整体性质表征的难题提供思路及参考。Traditional Chinese medicine is a complex with a whole composed of many components material, system with synergistic effect of multiple components, which reflects the overall effect. The research and de- velopment of traditional Chinese medicine with composition are based on components overall properties. So characterization component properties become the key problem. The paper will combine the literatures and dis- cuss two aspects including similarity analysis of the representative components and fitting the overall properties to solve the problem of fitting the overall properties and providing some references.
