摘　　要：采用聚类分析的方法和树状图确定了黑龙江省东部煤电化基地城市化与生态环境协调发展评价指标体系,在此基础上又建立了脆弱性评价模型并建立了脆弱性分级标准,对六个城市现状进行了脆弱性评价,通过分析结果找出了各个城市在发展过程中的限制因子并提出了相应的对策.In this paper, through a method and a tree cluster analysis, the eastern coal base urbanization and ecological environment in Heilongjiang Province to coordinate the development of the evaluation index system are identified, on this basis, a vulnerability assessment model and a vulnerability grading standards are established, the status of the six urban vulnerability assessment is carried out by analyzing the results of the various cities to find the limiting factor in the development process and the corresponding countermeasures is proposed.
