八珍汤对胚胎停育患者血清血管内皮生长因子、促红细胞生成素的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究胚胎停育患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、促红细胞生成素(EPO)水平变化以及八珍汤对其的影响,揭示胚胎停育的发病机制并为临床治疗提供思路。方法:选取胚胎停育患者48例,测定治疗前以及八珍汤治疗后再次怀孕达相同孕周的VEGF、EPO水平,同时选取正常早孕48例作为对照,测定各组血清VEGF、EPO水平。结果:胚胎停育患者治疗前血清VEGF、EPO水平明显低于正常早孕妇女(P=0.00,P=0.00),八珍汤治疗后血清VEGF、EPO水平明显升高(P=0.00,P=0.00),但仍低于正常早孕组(P=0.01,P=0.00)。结论:胚胎停育患者VEGF、EPO水平明显低于正常早孕妇女,对胚胎停育诊断具有标志性意义。传统方剂八珍汤可显著提高血清VEGF、EPO水平,对胚胎停育具有一定的治疗作用。Objective： To observe the changes of VEGF and EPO in patients of embryo damage and effects of Bazhen Tang on them to explore the pathogenesis and provide thought for the treatment. Methods： 48 Cases with embryo damage were selected to determined the serum VEGF and EPO levels before treatment and once pregnancy for the same time after treated with Bazhen Tang, meanwhile selecting 48 health early pregnancy women were taken as control, determining the levels of serum VEGF and EPO. Results： Serum VEGF and EPO levels in embryo damage patients were obviously lower than those in normal control, （P = 0.01 ,P = 0.00 ）, the levels of VEGF and EPO were significantly raised after treating with Bazhen Tang, （ P = 0.01, P = 0.00）, but the levels were lower to compare with normal pregnancy women （P = 0.01, P = 0.00）. Conclusion： VEGF and EPO levels were lower in embryo damage patients to compare with normal pregnancy, that was iconic meaning for the diagnosis of embryo damage. Bazhen Tang can increase the serum VEGF and EPO levels and treat embryo damage.
