脉痹片治疗血栓性静脉炎的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察脉痹片的抗炎、镇痛、促BPC解聚、抗血栓形成作用。方法:采用二甲苯耳肿胀实验观察抗炎作用;采用醋酸扭体实验观察镇痛作用;检测血小板聚集率观察含脉痹片血清抗BPC聚集作用;采用体外血栓形成实验观察含脉痹片血清抗血栓形成作用。结果:脉痹片可抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀;减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数;对血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用;可明显缩短形成血栓的长度。结论:脉痹片具有明显的抗炎、镇痛、促BPC解聚、抗血栓形成作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of Maibi Tablet in anti- inflammation,analgesia,promoting BPC depolymerization and anti- thrombosis formation. Methods： Xylene- induced ear edema was used to observe the anti- inflammatory function,acetic acid writhing experiment was adopted to observe the analgesia effect,platelet aggregation rate was applied to observe the anti- BPC aggregation action of serum containing Maibi Tablet and the thrombosis in vitro experiment was used to observe the resisting thrombosis action. Results：Maibi Tablet could inhibit mice＇s xylene- induced ear edema,ease mice＇s writhing response induced by acetic acid; serum containing Maibi Tablet inhibited platelet aggregation and greatly shortened the length of thrombus.Conclusion： Maibi Tablet has the effects of anti- inflammation,analgesia,promoting BPC depolymerization and anti- thrombosis.
