摘　　要：综述了Zr在7050铝合金中不同加工及热处理状态下存在的四种形式,均匀化处理对Zr的析出状态影响,以及含Zr相对板材再结晶组织的影响规律。利用分级均匀化处理,可以调节含Zr相的存在状态,能更好地发挥Zr的抑制再结晶作用。After 7050 aluminum alloys are heat-treated with different processes, four forms of Zr distribution are presented, the effect of homogenization on precipitation of Zr is stated, and the effect of different contents of Zr on recrystallization is also figured out. Multi-stage homogenization can be used to control the state of Zr phase and enhance the role of Zr to sup- press recrystallization.
