Effects of feeding level on digestion and metabolism of main nutrients in Tao Dorset×Thin-Tailed Han crossbred ewes during lactation

摘  要:本试验在不同饲喂水平条件下,采用阶梯饲养、消化代谢、气体代谢试验方法,研究道寒杂交哺乳母羊对主要营养物质的消化代谢规律。采用随机区组设计将15只道寒杂交哺乳母羊按体重分为3组,自由采食组、80%限饲组和60%限饲组,每组5只羊。分别在哺乳期第15,45和75天时进行消化代谢试验和气体代谢试验,测定各营养物质的消化代谢参数。结果表明:随着饲喂水平的降低,哺乳母羊氮的表观消化率和总能消化率呈上升趋势,且在哺乳期第15天和75天时自由采食组和60%限饲组氮表观消化率和总能消化率差异显著(P<0.05)。随哺乳期天数的增加,乳氮呈下降趋势,且哺乳期15和75d差异显著(P<0.05)。This experiment was conducted to research the regularity of digestion and metabo- lism of main nutrients in Tao Dorset X Thin-Tailed Han crossbred ewes during lactation under different feeding levels, which used the ladder feeding, digestion and metabolism, gas metab- olism experiment method. Fifteen lactating ewes were assigned into three groups according to body weight using randomized block design, in which ewes were fed under conditions of ad li- bitum,80% and 60% dietary restriction, with five ewes in each group. Digestion and metabo- lism, gas metabolism experiment were performed at 15, 45 and 75 days of lactation, respec- tively, to determine digestive and metabolic parameters of main nutrients. The results showed that ,with the decrease of feeding level, the apparent digestibility of nitrogen and total energy digestibility of the lactating ewes were increased, and 60% dietary restriction group was sig- nificantly higher than ad libitum group in the apparent digestibility of nitrogen and total ener- gy digestibility at 15 days and 75 days of lactation(P(0.05). With the increasing of days of lactation, milk nitrogen was decreased, which at 15 days of lactation was significantly higher than that of 75 days(P〈0. 05).
