摘 要:为了探讨BMPR1B(A746G)基因在寒泊肉羊世代选育中的遗传变异及其与产羔数的关系,本试验分析了不同选育世代寒泊肉羊BMPR1B基因型和基因频率,基因型对不同世代母羊产羔数的影响。结果表明BMPR1B基因突变纯合型BB个体从第一世代就开始出现,BB基因型频率随选育世代增加呈现增加趋势,从G1到G2世代,BB基因型频率显著增加。G1世代B+基因型母羊产羔数高于++基因型,但差异不显著。G2世代BB基因型母羊产羔数达到3.0,显著大于B+(1.89)和++(1.24)基因型个体(P<0.01)。G1和G2世代BMPR1B基因型母羊对初产日龄和产羔间隔均无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果提示BMPR1B基因作为分子标记可显著提高寒泊肉羊新种群母羊产羔数。The aim of this study was to research the variation of BMPR1B (A746G) gene dur- ing generation selection and its association with litter size of Hanper mutton sheep. We ana- lyzed the genotypic and genic frequency of BMPR1B gene, and the effects of genotypes on lit- ter size of ewes during different selection generations. The results indicated that the individu- als of BB genotype homozygotes appeared in the first generation, and BB genotype and genic frequency increased with selected generations. The litter size of ewes with B+genotype was greater than that of ewes with+ + genotype insignificantly in the first generation (G1) (P〉0.05) ,however, the litter size of BB ewe was 3.0, which was higher than those of B+ (1.89) and ++ (1.24) in the second generation (G2) remarkably (P〈0. 01). There was no effect of BM- PR1B genotype on the first birthing age and birthing interval in G1 and G2 (P〉0.05). The a-bore results demonstrated that BMPRIB gene increased the litter size of ewes from new flock Hanper mutton sheep as molecular marker.
