摘  要:选用废旧聚酯(PET)布料、经过致密化处理制成半熔融致密料、熔融挤出料和团粒料3种致密化原料,再将废旧PET布料及其致密化原料在相同工艺条件下醇解、再聚合制得再生PET切片;对废旧PET布料、致密化原料及其再生PET切片的结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明:经不同形式致密化处理后,废旧纺织品中PET的特性黏数([η])降低,PET大分子均发生了热降解,其中团粒料伴随有明显的水解,而经半熔融致密化处理后废旧PET中副反应产物最少,不同致密化处理原料的再生PET切片的性能不同,其中以半熔融致密料为原料所得再生PET切片的[η]相对较高,[η]达0.699 d L/g,相对分子质量分布较窄,其相对分子质量分布指数为1.63,端羧基含量为33.29 mol/t,二甘醇质量分数为1.70%,热稳定性能较好。Post-consumer polyester( PET) fabric was exposed to densification to produce three kinds of densified material,namely semi-melt densified material,melt extrusion material and granular material. The post-consumer PET fabric and the densified material were subjected to alcoholysis and re-polymerization to produce recycled PET chip under the same process conditions.The structure and properties of post-consumer PET fabric,densified material and recycled PET chip were studied. The results showed that the intrinsic viscosity( [η]) of PET in post-consumer fabric rose,the thermal degradation of PET macromolecules occurred,and obvious alcoholysis reactions proceeded in granular material after different densification treatment; the semi-melt densification provided least by-products; different densification techniques contributed different properties to recycled PET chip;and the recycled PET chip made from semi-melt densified material had higher [η] up to 0. 699 d L / g,narrower relative molecular mass distribution of 1. 63,terminal carboxyl group content 33. 29 mol / t,lower diethylene glycol mass fraction of 1. 70% and better thermal stability.
