摘  要:采用丙烯酸与甲基丙烯酸对聚丙烯(PP)纺粘布共聚接枝改性,探讨了接枝改性PP织物对阳离子染料废水的静态吸附作用以及对染料废水和Cu2+废水的动态过滤分离性能。结果表明:染料去除率随着PP织物的接枝率和染液温度的升高而增大,吸附速率随染液温度升高而加快;吸附遵循Lagergren's准二级动力学方程和Freundlich等温吸附机制;当跨膜压力为0.02 MPa时,平均水通量为30.8 L/(m2·h),染料去除率大于95%;Cu2+废水过滤分离过程中,当压力为0.005 MPa时,水通量为60 L/(m2·h),去除率大于65%;吸附质的尺寸效应和吸附质与吸附剂之间的相互作用决定了动态吸附分离效果。Poly( acrylic acid-co-methacrylic acid) was used for the graft modification of spunbonded polypropylene( PP) nonwoven fabric. The static adsorption performance of graft modified PP fabric for cationic dye wastewater and the dynamic adsorption performance for dye wastewater and Cu2 +wastewater were discussed. The results showed that the dye removal rate was increased as the grafting yield of PP fabric and the dye solution temperature were raised,and the adsorption was accelerated with the elevation of dye solution temperature; the adsorption behavior followed the Lagergren's pseudo-second order kinetic equations and Freundlich isothermal adsorption equations; the average permeation flux and the dye removal rate reached 30. 8 L /( m2·h) and above 95%,respectively,when the trans-membrane pressure was 0. 02 MPa; the average permeation flux and the dye removal rate reached 60 L /( m2·h) and above 65%,respectively,when the pressure was 0. 005 MPa for Cu2 +wastewater filtration; and the adsorbate size and the interaction between the adsorbate and adsorbent determined the dynamic adsorption separation efficiency.
