涤纶短丝横动装置常见故障分析

摘　　要：介绍了涤纶短丝横动装置的构成及工作原理,分析了横动装置的常见故障及其原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。结果表明:横动装置主要故障为盛丝桶出现卡桶、打滑现象,减速机漏油,变频器过热自停,往复装置不水平等;通过调整进桶及出桶装置中心位置,使附件在同一水平面,更换磨损件,采取加油或打眼注油确保减速机油位及往复装置各链节润滑,并加强日常操作的管理,有效降低了横动装置的故障率。The structure and working principle of traverse device for polyester staple fiber were briefly introduced. The common faults of traverse device and the reasons thereof were analyzed in details,and the corresponding solutions were suggested. The results showed that the principal faults of traverse device comprised the seizure and slip of fiber can,the oil leakage of reducer,the overheat breakdown of frequency inverter and the out-of-level installation of traverse device; and the failure rate of traverse device could be efficiently decreased by adjusting the center position of feeding and discharging cans,horizontally installing the accessories,replacing the abrasion pieces,lubricating or oil filling to guarantee the oil level of the chain reducer and the chain lubrication of traverse device,and strengthening the daily operation management.
