阴式全子宫切除术在子宫肌瘤中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫肌瘤采用腹腔镜下阴式全子宫切除术治疗的效果。方法选取我院2011年3月-2014年7月收治的97例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料进行对比研究。结果 A组患者手术时间长于B组患者,术中出血量、术后排气时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间均短于B组（P〈0.05）,A组并发症发生率低于B组（P〈0.05）。结论阴式全子宫切除术治疗子宫肌瘤效果显著。ObjectiveTo investigate the use of laparoscopic uterine ifbroids vaginal hysterectomy for the treatment effect.Methods The clinical data of 97 cases of uterine fibroids patients in our hospital from 2011 March to 2014 July were comparative study.Results In A group, operation time is longer than the patients in the B group, the amount of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative exhaust time, ambulation time, hospital stay were shorter in the B group （P〈0.05）, the complication rate in A group was lower than that in B group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine ifbroids effect is remarkable.
