优质护理服务对提高眼科护理满意度的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理服务对提高眼科护理满意度的影响。方法选取2012年8月-2014年12月我院眼科收治的146例患者作为研究对象,按照数字法分为对照组（n=73,予以常规护理）和观察组（n=73,予以优质护理）,对比两组患者对护士的满意度以及医师满意度,同时比较两组门诊量及住院人数。结果观察组患者对护士满意度以及医师满意度均显著优于对照组,两组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组门诊量及住院人员均显著高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论优质护理服务可显著提高眼科护理满意度,增加门诊数量和住院人数。Objective To analyze quality of nursing service to improve the effect of eye care satisfaction.Methods146 cases with ophthalmology hospital were selected as the research object, according to the digital method is divided into control group （n=73, routine nursing） and observation group （n=73, shall be of high quality nursing）, the satisfaction of two groups of patients to the nurse and physician satisfaction. Results The observation group of patients to the nurse satisfaction and physician satisfaction were signiifcantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）, the differences between the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing service can signiifcantly improve the eye care satisfaction, increasing the size of the number of outpatient and hospitalization, worth clinical selection and promotion.
