胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后的综合护理要点分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后的综合护理要点。方法选取2014年3-7月我院收治的74例胫腓骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照患者入院的顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组各37例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,对比两组患者的骨牵引时间以及患者的满意度。结果对照组患者的平均骨牵引时间为（47.84±12.14）天,观察组患者的平均骨牵引时间为（38.15±11.25）天,显著低于对照组患者,组间差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组患者中有33例满意,3例患者比较满意,1例患者不满意,总满意度为97.29%,对照组患者中有27例满意,4例比较满意,6例不满意,总满意度为83.78%,低于观察组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用综合护理于患者胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后,有显著的疗效,患者较为认可。Objective To study the analysis of tibiofibula fracture bone traction ifxation postoperative comprehensive nursing key points.Methods 74 cases of tibioifbula fracture patients were selected as the research object in March 2014 to July 2014 in our hospital, according to the order of patients in hospital were divided into control group and observation group, each group of 37 cases, control group routine nursing care, observation group adopts comprehensive care, compared two groups of patients of bone traction of the time, and the patient＇s satisfaction.Results The average bone traction control patients （47.84 ± 12.14） days, the observation group of patients with an average time of bone traction of （38.15 ± 11.25）, significantly lower than the control group, patients with clear difference between group, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）, the patients in the observation group of 33 cases, 3 cases were satisfactory, 1 cases were not satisfied with the total satisfaction was 97.29%, 27 cases in the control group patients satisfaction, 4 cases were satisifed, not satisifed with 6 cases, the total satisfaction was 83.78%, signiifcantly lower than the observation group, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing care on tibioifbula fracture bone traction ifxation, postoperative patients with significant curative effect, patients more recognition, has high clinical value.
