摘　　要：目的研究分析七氟烷吸入与丙泊酚-芬太尼复合静脉麻醉用于乳腺小手术的效果以及麻醉费用、安全性。方法选取2014年1-11月我院收治的48例乳腺小手术患者,按照患者使用药物不同分为A组进行七氟烷吸入麻醉,和B组进行丙泊酚-芬太尼复合静脉麻醉,每组各24例,观察两组患者的麻醉效果、麻醉费用以及安全性。结果两组患者血压均有下降,B组患者心律有明显下降,A组患者的RR以及PET CO2与麻醉前后相比较没有显著变化,而B组在麻醉后的RR以及Sp O2均有所降低,相反,PET CO2有所提升。A组费用显著低于B组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论丙泊酚-芬太尼复合静脉麻醉在一定程度上抑制正常呼吸,但与七氟烷吸入法麻醉相比安全性较小且费用较高。Objective Analysis sevolfurane inhalation and propofol-fentanyl intravenous anesthesia for minor surgery of the breast and the effect of anesthesia costs, security.Methods Select January 2014-November 2014 in our hospital 48 cases of breast minor surgery patients, Use of drugs were divided into A group of sevolfurane inhalation anesthesia, and group B in accordance with the patient propofol-fentanyl intravenous anesthesia, 24 cases in each group, were observed anesthesia, anesthesia fee and security.ResultsTwo groups of patients were decreased blood pressure, heart rate decreased signiifcantly in patients in group B, RR and PET CO2 A group of patients before and after anesthesia compared with no signiifcant change, While group B decreased after anesthesia in RR and SpO2 were,Instead, PET CO2 improved. A group was signiifcantly lower than the cost of group B, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Propofol-fentanyl intravenous anesthesia to some extent inhibited normal breathing,However, compared with sevolfurane inhalation anesthesia safety made smaller and higher costs.
