浅析急性心肌梗死早期心绞痛中医综合治疗体会

摘　　要：目的研究分析急性心肌梗死早期心绞痛患者接受中医综合治疗的临床效果,为临床治疗该疾病提供参考,让患者的治疗效果更加可靠。方法 2012-2013年我院接收了70例急性心肌梗死早期心绞痛患者,这些患者的中医辨证分型如下：20例心血瘀阻型、13例痰浊壅阻型、11例阴寒凝滞型、16例气虚血瘀型、10例心肾两虚型。这些患者共分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采取的治疗方法是西医治疗,观察组采取的是中医治疗,在治疗后对患者的左心室射血分数、肌酸肌酶最高值情况进行了解分析。结果观察组患者的心绞痛、心律失常等发生几率比对照组低,患者经治疗后的LVEF也高于对照组,肌酸肌酶最高值比对照组低,表明观察组的治疗效果更好一些。结论急性心肌梗死早期心绞痛患者在经过中医综合治疗后,其心功能有了很大的改善,各类症状也基本消除,患者心律失常症状消失,心绞痛频率减少,患者的生存质量有了很大的提升。Objective To investigate effect of Acute myocardial infarction patients receiving combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, Provide a reference for the clinical treatment of the disease, so that patient outcomes are more reliable.Methods Selected 70 cases of early acute myocardial infarction in patients with angina, TCM type is as follows： 20 cases of blood stasis type, 13 cases of phlegm obstruct the resistance type, 11 cases of chill stagnate type, 16 cases of Qi and Blood, 10 cases of heart and kidney deficiency type. These patients divided into a control group and the observation group, the treatment of patients in the control group was taken to Western medicine treatment, observation group adopted a Chinese medicine treatment, After treatment, the analysis of the patient′s left ventricular ejection fraction, creatine kinase highest value case.Results Probability of the occurrence of patients in the observation group was lower than the control group in angina and arrhythmias, Patients with LVEF after treatment is also higher, Creatine kinase highest value was lower than the control group, indicating that the treatment effect of the observation group was better. Conclusion After a comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, patients cardiac function has been greatly improved, various symptoms are basically eliminated,Arrhythmia symptoms disappear, the frequency of angina reduced,,quality of life of patients has been greatly improved.
