淫羊藿抗抑郁应用及机理研究概况

摘　　要：淫羊藿为常用补肾壮阳中药,其在抑郁症中的应用和抗抑郁机理近年受到重视。通过查阅国内外淫羊藿抗抑郁相关文献,结合临床实践,总结其配伍应用特点,分析其抗抑郁机理。淫羊藿临床多以复方配伍应用于抑郁症治疗,尤其是在中风后抑郁症、更年期抑郁症中取得显著疗效。其机理主要涉及抗脑缺血、抗自由基损伤、抗单胺氧化酶、调节单胺类递质及其受体、改善下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴功能及镇静镇痛、保护脑细胞等作用。对淫羊藿抗抑郁作用的深入研究,将为多角度理解抑郁症发病机理、提高抑郁症诊治水平以及开发抗抑郁新药提供科学依据。Epimedium is the traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in tonifying the kidney and strengthening yang,its application in depression and antidepressant mechanism are paid attention in recent years. Through the domestic and foreign related literatures of Epimedium antidepression,combined with clinical and basic research,its clinical application characteristics are summarized and the anti depressive mechanisms are analyzed. Herba Epimedii is used in compound compatibility for clinic application in the treatment of depression,especially in the treatment of climacteric depression and post stroke depression it has made significant effect. The mechanism mainly relates to the anti cerebral ischemia,anti free radical,anti monoamine oxidase,to control monoamine neurotransmitters and their receptors,to improve the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal（ HPA） axis function and sedative and analgesic effect,protect brain cells etc.. Further research on the anti depression effect of Herba Epimedii,will provide the scientific basis for multi angle understanding of depression pathogenesis,improving the level of diagnosis and treatment of depression,and the development of antidepressant new drugs.
