宋康教授治疗“风咳”药对探析

摘　　要：目的:总结国家级名老中医宋康教授治疗风咳的常用药对。方法:随师侍诊,对宋康教授治疗风咳的理论及常用药对进行归纳和总结。结果:宋师认为,风咳是一类表现为"风"性的疾病,类似于现代医学的气道高反应性咳嗽,临证中当辨清内、外之别。治疗上,外风宜"辛温而散"之;内风者,则应针对病机选取"平肝潜阳"、"滋阴润燥"、"凉血活血"药对以达到祛风、止咳之效,常用的药对有"荆芥-防风"、"地肤子-白鲜皮"、"蝉衣-僵蚕"、"玄参-麦冬"、"芍药-甘草"、"紫草-茜草"等。结论:宋康教授治疗风咳的疗效显著,其临证常用药对值得学习。Objective： To summarize Professor Song Kang ＇s experience of herb pairs in treating ＂cough caused by wind＂. Method： To collect and analyse the theory of Song Kang＇s experience of herb pairs in treating ＂cough caused by wind＂by studying from him for a long time. Result： Professor Song Kang considered that ＂cough caused by wind＂is a kind of disease characterized by nature of ＂wind＂,similar to airway hyperresponsiveness diseases,which should be divided into two aspect clinically,for＂exogenous wind-evil＂need to be dispersed by the herbs pungent in flavor and warm in nature. On the other hand,it is advisable to choose the herb pairs with function of＂calming liver yang＂,＂nourishing yin＂,＂cooling blood＂to resist ＂endogenous wind-evil＂. ＂Jingjie-Fangfen＂,＂Difuzi-Baixianpi＂,＂Chanyi-Jiangcan＂,＂Xuanshen-Maidong＂,＂Shaoyao-Gancao＂,＂Zicao-Qiancao＂are the most common used herb pairs in practice. Conclusion： Professor Song Kang＇s experience of herb pairs in treating＂cough caused by wind＂is well worth learning for it always gets outstanding effect.
