基于期刊文献和数据挖掘的帕金森病证候诊断方案研究

摘　　要：目的:通过期刊文献的研究,探讨制定帕金森病证候的诊断方案。方法:构建期刊文献数据库,运用频数分析、聚类分析、因子分析等现代数据挖掘的统计学方法,对30多年来帕金森病证候研究期刊文献进行整理,对其证候诊断方案进行研究。结果:得出帕金森病痰热动风证、肝肾阴虚证、血瘀动风证、气血两虚证等证候的初步诊断方案。结论:该初步方案需进一步临床完善和验证。Objectives： To explore and establish a diagnostic protocol of Parkinson＇s disease via the research on the journal literature. Methods： A database of journal literature was established and the data was further analyzed with frequency analysis,cluster analysis and other methods of data extraction to do the research on the diagnostic protocol of Parkinson＇s disease in the last 30 years. Results： The primary diagnostic protocol of Parkinson＇s disease consists of patterns of phlegm-heat and wind stirring,yin deficiency of kidney and liver,blood stasis and wind stirring,deficiency of qi and blood. Conclusions： This primary diagnostic protocol of Parkinson＇s disease should be further improved and verified in clinic.
