胃痞消对胃癌前病变大鼠胃蛋白酶原、GAS、MTL、SS和PGE_2含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾、活血、解毒中药胃痞消(黄芪、太子参、白术、丹参、白花蛇舌草等)对胃癌前病变(PLGC)大鼠胃蛋白酶原(PGⅠ)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、生长抑素(SS)和前列腺素E2(PGE2)分泌的影响。方法 200μg/m L MNNG饮水、饥饱失常(隔日禁食)合用耗气泻下法(小承气汤灌胃)复制脾虚证PLGC大鼠模型,观察15、7.5和3.75 g/kg胃痞消给药10周后对大鼠PGⅠ、GAS、MTL、SS和PGE2分泌功能的影响。结果:模型组大鼠血PGⅠ、GAS、MTL、SS和PGE2含量均有显著性降低(P<0.01),而胃痞消低剂量组可显著抑制PLGC大鼠PGⅠ、GAS、MTL、SS和PGE2分泌的减少(P<0.01),胃痞消高、中剂量组也有不同的抑制效应(P<0.05)。结论:胃痞消有可能通过保护和修复胃黏膜上皮组织内主、壁、G和D细胞等的损伤,调控胃肠激素的分泌,从而逆转PLGC。Objective： To observe the effects of strengthening spleen,activating blood,and detoxification Chinese Herbal Compound Wei Pi Xiao（ WPX,Astragalus,Pseudostellaria heterophylla,Atractylodes,Salvia,Hedyotis diffusa,etc） on the contens of pepsinogen（ PG Ⅰ）,gastrin（ GAS）,motilin（ MTL）,somatostatin（ SS） and prostaglandin E2（ PGE2） in gastric precancerous lesions（ PLGC） rat. Methods： 200 μg/mL MNNG drinking,irregular fasting（ fasting every other day） combined with purgative drugs（ Xiao Cheng Qi decoction） were used to establishe the PLGC rats model with spleen deficiency,and the contens of plasminogen,GAS,MTL,SS and PGE2 in rats of three doses gwoups of WPX（ 15,7. 5,3. 75 g / kg） were measrued after treament for 10 successive weeks. Results： The contens of blood PG Ⅰ,GAS,MTL,SS and PGE2 in rats of the model group were significantly loweed than those of normal groups（ P〈0. 01）,while the low-dose WPX could significantly inhibited the down-regulations of PGⅠ,GAS,MTL,SS and PGE2 in PLGC model groups rats（ P〈0. 01）,both high-and middle-dose WPX groups shown similar effects at different degrees（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions WPX has PLGC-reversing effects which may be related with the preservation and repairing of Chief cells,parietal cells,G cells and D cells injuries of PLGC rats gastric epithelial tissue,and the regulations of gastrointestinal hormones.
