摘　　要：近年来研究发现,许多蛋白质和多肽是虫类药物中的有效成分。随着蛋白药物的不断研究和发展,科研工作者对虫类药中蛋白、多肽类成分的相关研究也越来越多。主要从虫类药物中蛋白、多肽类成分的提取方法及应用,提取后蛋白、多肽类成分的常用检测方法这两个方面进行综述,为虫类药的进一步开发利用提供一定参考。Recent studies have found that many proteins and polypeptides are active ingredients in insect drugs. With the continuous research and development of protein drugs,study on the proteins and polypeptides in insect drugs is also increasing. This article reviews extraction methods and applications of proteins and polypeptides,commonly used detection methods of proteins and polypeptides in extract. It provides a research direction for the further research on insect drugs.
