益气养阴活血经验方剂对早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及血糖血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气养阴活血经验方剂对早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能及血糖血脂的影响。方法:选取2010年1月—2013年12月期间在本院接受治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者178例,采用随机数字法将糖尿病肾病患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组患者服用中药益肾活血汤,分析比较两组患者治疗前后肾功能及血糖、血脂指标值。结果:两组患者肾脏功能得到改善,血糖血脂指标趋于正常,服用中药益肾活血汤的治疗组患者的改善情况与对照组相比有显著性差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者微量白蛋白(m-Alb)由治疗前的(177.23±41.35)mg/L下降为(66.23±14.44)mg/L,同型半胱氨酸由治疗前的(29.89±8.24)mmol/L下降为(17.91±7.13)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴活血经验方剂对糖尿病肾病患者有良好的治疗效果,而且不良反应小,易于接受,是一种值得临床推广的治疗方法。Objective： To discuss the influence of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Formula on renal function and blood lipid in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods： 178 patients with early diabetic nephropathy from January 2010 to December 2013 treated in our hospital were divided into the control group and the treatment group by random number method. The control group used conventional treatment methods and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Formula. We analyzed and compared two groups＇ renal function,blood sugar and blood fat index before and after treatment. Results： Two groups＇ renal function was improved and the blood glucose blood lipid index was returned to normal. Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Formula of the treatment group on the improvement of their patients compared with control group had significant difference and there was statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The treatment group＇s trace albumin（ m-propagated） before treatment（ 177. 23 ± 41. 35） mg / L reduced to（ 66. 23 ± 14. 44） mg / L and homocysteine before the treatment（ 29. 89 ± 8. 24） mmol / L reduced to（ 17. 91 ± 7. 13） mmol / L. The differences had statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It has a good therapeutic effect for patients with diabetic nephropathy Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Formula and the side effect is small. It is easy to accept and worthy of clinical treatment.
