摘 要:miRNA是广泛存在于真核生物中的非编码小分子RNA,长约19-25个核苷酸。自最早在线虫体内发现lin-4、let-7 miRNA以来,越来越多的miRNA相继被大量发现,对miRNA功能的研究也逐渐成为热点。大量研究证实miRNA与包括肺的生长发育、肺内炎性反应、肺癌、肺纤维化等在内的肺部疾病的发生和发展及转归有着密切的关联。了解miRNA的作用机制可帮助我们对miRNAs在包括呼吸系统在内的全身各个系统的疾病发生和发展中的调节作用加深理解,为临床诊断及治疗提供新的依据和方向。全文就miRNA与肺部疾病的关系做一综述。miRNA is a group of non-coding molecules with approximately 19-25 nucleotides,which widely exists in eukaryotes.After the lin-4 and let-7 miRNA were first found in nematodes,more and more miRNAs have been identified subsequently,and now researches focus on miRNA functions.Many investigations have demonstrated that miRNAs are involved in the development and prognosis of lung diseases such as pneumonia,lung cancer and pulmonary fibrosis,et al.Understanding the mechanisms of miRNA will help us recognize its regulatory functions on the occurrence and development of diseases of respiratory and other systems,which may facilitate its potential application in clinical diagnosis and therapy.This article reviews the latest researches relevant to the relationship between miRNAs and lung diseases.
