摘　　要：目的:研究关节镜手术治疗跟腱Haglund病的临床效果。方法:对16例保守治疗无效的Haglund病患者采用关节镜手术的方法进行治疗。术前和术后1天测量Fowler-Phillip角和斜平行线,并于术前和术后3个月、6个月、1年、2年分别进行VAS评分、Tegner评分和VISA-A评分。结果:术后2年内进行4次随访。Fowler-Phillip角术前术后无明显差异。与术前比较,术后2年随访VAS评分显著降低,Tegner评分和VISA-A评分显著提高,术后2年优良率100%。结论:关节镜手术治疗跟腱Haglund病可获得良好的临床效果。Objective To study the clinical outcome of arthroscopic treatment for Haglund disease.Methods 16 patients with Haglund disease received arthroscopic surgery after poor response to conservative treatment.The preoperative Fowler-Phillip angle and oblique parallel line were measured.Patients were followed up at 3 months,6 months,1 year and 2 years after the surgery.VAS score,Tegner score and VISA-A score were assessed preoperatively and postoperatively.Results The score of VAS decreased significantly over time,and Tegner score and VISA-A score improved significantly after the surgery.Clinical evaluation for all patients was excellent and good.Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment for Haglund disease achieves excellent clinical results.
