摘  要:研究了316L不锈钢在650℃时效处理24~96h后耐晶间腐蚀性能,利用光学显微镜观察不同晶粒尺寸及时效热处理的316L不锈钢的显微组织及腐蚀形貌的演变。结果表明,在相同的时效处理条件下,晶粒尺寸大的试样腐蚀质量损失小。随着时效时间延长,试样的耐晶间腐蚀能力首先下降,经过48h时效后再上升,试样的敏化规律与晶粒尺寸无关。在650℃时效48h以后的试样已经较好地脱敏。The intergranular corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel with different grain sizes through aging treatment at 650 ℃ for 24~96 h was tested by immersing the specimens into corrosive solution. The morphology and microstructure of specimens after corrosion testing were analyzed by optical micros- copy. The results show that, the weight loss of the specimens with a larger grain size is lower than that of ones with a smaller grain sizes. The intergranular corrosion resistance is decreased during aging process, however, it is increased after aging for longer than 48 h. The sensitization features are inde- pendent of grain size. Based on the experimental results, the specimens began to desensitization after ag- ing at 650 ℃ for 48 h.
