摘　　要：随着V法铸造技术的广泛应用,较复杂的铸件也开始使用V法造型技术,因此对V法铸造薄膜的性能提出了更高的要求。为提高国产铸造EVA薄膜的性能,对其配方进行改进,测得各项力学性能和热成型性能都得到提高,最后在实际生产中进行了对比和验证。With the wide application of V-process casting technology, even more complex components, the higher requirements of performance of V-process casting films were put forward. In order to improve the performance of domestic V-process films, EVA casting films were modified in formula, and mechani- cal properties and thermal forming ability of the EVA film modified were improved, which was validated in practical production process.
