摘  要:目的观察Cynergy双波长血管工作站治疗额部增生型鲜红斑痣的疗效和安全性。方法额部鲜红斑痣患者21例,根据病灶不同的增生情况,先采用波长1064 nm的长脉冲掺钕钇铝石榴石激光(neodymiumdopedyttrium-aluminum-garne,Nd∶YAG)治疗结节组织;再对肥厚增生组织,采用MultiPlexTM治疗模式(PDL和Nd∶YAG序贯发射治疗模式即595 nm和1064 nm通过同一根光纤序贯发射)进行激光照射;最后对非增生组织,采用波长595 nm脉冲染料激光(pulsed dye laser,PDL)进行治疗。每8-12周治疗1次,共治疗5次。每次治疗前和第5次治疗后3个月进行疗效评估。结果 21例患者治疗均有效,第1-5次治疗后病灶平均清除率分别为36.5%、44.3%、48.5%、50.1%和52.2%。3例患者出现局部一过性色素沉着,2例患者出现局部色素减退,2例患者各出现一处凹陷性瘢痕。3例患者对治疗效果表示非常满意,12例患者表示满意,5例患者表示一般,1例患者表示不满意。结论综合利用PDL、长脉冲Nd∶YAG激光和MultiPlexTM治疗模式治疗额部增生型鲜红斑痣,疗效显著,不良反应较少,是一种值得推广的临床方法。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of cynergy vascular workstations in treating hyperplastic port-wine stains in regio frontalis. Methods Patients with qualified port-wine stains were treated with long pulse Nd : YAG laser, MultiPlexTM treatment or pulse dye laser five times at an interval of 8 to 12 weeks. The efficacy and safety were evaluated 3 months after the last treatment. Results The treatment was efficacious on all the 21 patients. The clearance of the first to fifth treatment were 36. 5%, 44. 3%,48. 5%, 50. 1% and 52. 2% respectively. Three of them developed local temporary pigmentation, which disappeared before the end of the study. Two of them suffered local hypopigmentation, which had been improved when the study ended. Two of them had local pitting scars, one healed and the other improved when the study ended. Of these patients, 3 were extremely satisfied, 12 satisfied and 1 un- satisfied with the treatment, and 5 thought it acceptable. Conclusions It is efficacious and safe to treat hyperplastic port-wine stains jointly with long pulse Nd : YAG laser, MultiPlexTM treatment and pulse dye laser.
