调Q开关紫翠宝石激光治疗褐青色痣疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨Q开关紫翠宝石激光治疗褐青色痣的临床疗效和不良反应方法褐青色痣患者140例,采用调Q开关紫翠宝石激光,波长755 nm,光斑直径2-3 mm,脉冲宽度50-200 ns,脉冲频率1-10 Hz,能量密度5-8 J/cm^2,对褐青色痣进行治疗,观察治疗的疗效、治疗次数与疗效的关系。结果 140例患者在合适的能量密度、光斑、脉冲宽度下,经过1-5次及5次以上治疗,有效率分别为25.0%、49.2%、80.6%、88.6%、100.0%,治疗3次及3次以上有效率高于3次以下治疗有效率,差异具有显著意义（P〈0.05）,显示疗效与治疗次数呈正相关。总体不良反应发生率6.4%。结论 Q开关紫翠宝石激光治疗褐青色痣,疗效显著,不良反应小,是一种安全、可靠的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Q switched alexandrite laserin treating naevus fuscocaeruleus. Methods Altogether ldO patients of naveus fuseocaerules were treated with the Q switched alexandrite laser of a wavelength 755nm, spot diameter of 2-3 mm, pulse width of 50-200 ns, pulse frequency of 1-10 Hz and energy density of 5-8 J/cm^2. The relation between the treatment and efficacy was explored and studied for the patients having received 1-5 times of treatment and more treatments respec- tively. Results Given proper energy density, pulse width and beam of the Q switched alexandrite laser, the effective rates of the 140 patients were 25.0%, 49. 2%, 80. 6%, 88. 6% and 100. 0% respectively after 1-5 or more treatments. The efficacy after 3 or more treatments was greater than that after 2 or less treatments, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）, indicating that treatment effect is in direct proportion to treatment number. The general adverse reaction rate was 6. 4%. Conclusions Being highly efficacious while leading to few adverse reactions, Q switched alexandrite laser is a safe and reliable method for nevus fuscocaeruleus.
