下肢深静脉顺行造影对髂静脉压迫综合征的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢深静脉顺行造影对髂静脉压迫综合征(IVCS)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经髂静脉DSA确诊的165例IVCS患者的下肢深静脉顺行造影资料,以髂静脉DSA为诊断标准,统计IVCS的下肢深静脉顺行造影诊断符合率。结果 165例中,经下肢深静脉顺行造影确诊160例,5例未检出,诊断符合率96.97%。结论下肢深静脉顺行造影对诊断IVCS具有较高的临床应用价值,可作为IVCS的首选检查。Objective To assess the diagnostic value of ascending deep venography of lower ex‐tremity veins for iliac vein compression syndrome（IVCS） . Methods The ascending deep venography of lower extremity veins data of 165 patients with IVCS conformed by DSA of iliac vein were retrospectively studied .The findings of ascending deep venography of lower extremity veins were compared with that of DSA of iliac vein and the accuracy of ascending deep venography of lower extremity veins was analyzed . ResuIts 160 cases were correctly diagnosed as IVCS through ascending deep venography of lower extremity veins diagnosis ,5 cases were misdiagnosed . In diagnosis of IVCS ,the diagnosis coincidence rate of ascending deep venography of lower extremity veins was 96 .97% . ConcIusion Ascending deep venogra‐phy of lower extremity veins has great clinical application value ,and could be used as an alternative for diagnosing IVCS .
