摘  要:HD-4002A轻型综合测井仪基于FSK微处理器并选用PW3磁芯材料设计出FSK模块,解决了在单芯电缆上同时供电与信号传输的技术难题,从而将井上设备与井下设备连接的四芯电缆改为单芯电缆,实现了整个测井仪轻型化的目的。基于三轴加速度计和三轴磁强计获取传感器信号,采用结构调整结合9位置标定法,将通过标定计算获取的修正系数植入探管内置程序中,实现在小口径钻孔中高精度数字测斜的目的。选用能量分辨率更高、测量范围更宽的锗酸铋(BGO)晶体替代传统的碘化钠(NaI)晶体作为探测器,设计采用双CPU电路结构,同时以内置Ba-133源作为稳谱基准源,通过程序软件自动稳谱,实现在小口径钻孔中连续伽玛能谱测井的目的。Based on the FSK micro -processor and PW3 magnetic core material, the FSK module was designed to solve the technical problem of power supply and signal transmission in a single cable which replace the four core cables to connect the inoue equipments and downhole equipments and realize the light duty goal of HD- 4002A logging instrument. Based on the triaxial accelerometer and three axis magnetometer, HD-4002A single conductor logging instrument obtain the sensor signals, and implant the corrected coefficient to the agent inside program by using the structural adjustment of nine position calibration method to realize high precision digital inclination measurement in slim hole. Instead of traditional NaI crystals, The instrument chose BGO crystals as the detector which has higher - energy resolution and wider measurement range, use double CPU circuit structure built - in Ba- 133 as a stabilizer bench- mark source to realize the goal of consecutive gamma ray spectrum logging in the slim hole through the application of software automatic stabilizer.
